Enjoy the company of saturday group running in Newington CT. Free training plans designed by Dr. Alexa Veeder Chiropractic Physician and certified marathon coach. Any age can join and any speed! 5K, 10k, Half or Full marathon training runs can be done every Saturday at 8am from the first Saturday in April to the last week of August.
