    Group runs 6 days a week. Monday 5:45 at Moyer Indoor Odor (MIO) on 4th Street across from the gas station. Tuesday, track work, and Thursday, hill work, at 5:45 from Indian Crest Middle School. Wednesday, easy 5 miles from MIO at 5:45. Friday, easy day, from MIO at 6:00 and Saturday at 6:05, longer run from MIO. All are welcome, no fees, run as long or short as you like.
